Creating Your Schedules
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have set this brand's timezone before creating schedules. Read Setting Up Your First Brand, if you haven't already.
This is the easiest way to stay consistent and scale your social media posting.
To create a schedule, navigate to the 'Schedules' view in the left nav bar. Once here, click on the 'Create Schedule' button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

There are 3 different schedule types - weekly schedules, drip schedules, and one-time posts.
Weekly Schedules - Choose the days and times you want to post each week
Drip Schedules - Recycle a single content item out to social media at increasingly longer intervals
One-Time Post - Choose an exact day and time to post content
Weekly Schedules
Weekly schedules allow you to select specified days and times you would like to consistently post.
For instance, you could create a schedule called "Taco Tuesday" which will post every Tuesday at 2:00 pm. Once created, any items added to this particular schedule, will post one-by-one, at that time. I.e. if you have 8 items in this schedule which are not set to recycle, you will post a new item consistently for the next 8 weeks.
To create a new weekly schedule, click 'Create Schedule', then click on the Calander Icon on the right.
Step 1

Step 2
Next, select the desired days you would like to publish. You can add additional times by clicking 'Add Another Time'. Once you have finished choosing your days and times, click 'Finish' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Once complete, you will be brought back to the time slots screen where you can see your posting calendar laid out in a weekly view. If you have multiple schedules, you will be able to see all of them within this screen.
On the bottom of each time slot, you will see a number with a page icon next to it. This number indicates the number of content items you have left in this schedule. If you click this number, you will be brought to your ques which back these schedules.

From this screen, you will be able to fill your schedules with content as well as edit them. To edit or rename your schedules, click on the three dots in the top-right of the schedule queue.

From here you will be prompted to change the title or edit the post times.
Drip Schedules
Drip Schedules are a great way to organically recycle content at set intervals.
For instance, you would like a content piece to posted the day it's added, a week later, and then a month later. There are more variations to this as you will see below.
To create a drip schedule, click on the clock icon after clicking 'Create Schedule'.

From this screen, you will be able to select the intervals at which you would like the posts to be recycled. Any new items which are added to this schedule will follow the designated pattern. If the content piece has multiple captions, it will change the caption each time it is posted out.

Filling Your Schedules
Your schedules will all be backed by queues which will need to be filled. To add items to your queue, click on the plus icon on the left side of the queue.

You will then be prompted to either add existing content from your content library or create entirely new items.

Once your queue is filled, it will display all of your scheduled content in the order that it will be published.
If you would like to change the order, you can shuffle the queue, manually reorder it, or just drag and drop the 'Next Queued' box.
