Historical
On the historical analytics tab, you can see all of your typical KPI’s(likes, comments, shares, and clicks) over the selected time period. You can choose between 7, 14, 30, or 60-day increments, or customize your own date range.
Additionally, these metrics can be viewed for all platforms consolidated, or on an individual level.
Post Insights
Our social media tools analyze every post you've published to social media, in addition to on-going posts in perpetuity.
With this information, we will be able to discover what kind of posts lead to the greatest engagement with your audience. And the best time to publish each type of post.
These post types will be account-specific and tailored to your specific audience.
Community Insights
The Insights tab will give you a live look at where your followers are coming from via a heat map.
Additionally, certain platforms will provide key demographic information such as gender, age range, industry type, and seniority level.
You can view these holistically, or on a platform-specific level.
